Jubilee St.Louis Orchestra welcomed a new manager, Kathy Nix. She is a professional oboe player and was an orchestra musician for the Jubilee World 15th anniversary concert. She testified Jubilee world's beautiful vision and expressed her interest in serving this ministry. 

She has excellent skills in music organization management such as fundraising experience, training in not-for-profits and experience in working with Board members.

She achieved her studies with masters of Arts in Community Arts Management University of Illinois, Springfield Graduate Certificate in Non-Profit Management Washington University and St. Louis Bachelor of Music in Oboe Performance St. Louis Conservatory of Music

She worked for professional organizations.

- Opera Theatre of St. Louis Summer Festival 

- San Antonio Symphony Orchestra Interim Orchestra Manager

- YMCA of Greater St. Louis August 2001 to 2005 Director of Arts and Humanities

- St. Louis Artists' Guild Visual Arts Center January 1999-2001 Director

- Illinois Symphony Orchestra 1998/99 Season Operations and Orchestra Manager/Librarian

- Campus YMCA/YWCA 1995-1997 Campaign Manager
